77taya Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 77taya ("the Platform") and any individual ("Player") who accesses, registers on, or uses the 77taya online gaming platform available at 77taya.net and any associated mobile or web applications.

By completing the registration process, clicking "I Agree," or by otherwise accessing or using the 77taya platform, you confirm that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety; (b) you agree to be legally bound by these Terms; (c) you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2; and (d) you are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

These Terms apply to all services offered by 77taya, including but not limited to live dealer casino games, slot games, bingo, fishing games, sports betting, and any promotional or bonus programs. Additional terms may apply to specific games or promotions and will be communicated at the relevant point of participation.

To register and maintain an account on the 77taya platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.

• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 77taya platform for any reason.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and keep that information updated at all times.

77taya reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and address at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, or UMID card), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and any other documentation 77taya reasonably requires.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 77taya platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 77taya login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 77taya will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• You must notify 77taya immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• You must not allow any other person to use your account to place bets or access the platform.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, until you notify 77taya of a security breach.
• You must keep your registered email address, mobile number, and payment details current and accurate at all times.
• 77taya reserves the right to suspend or close any account that shows signs of unauthorized use, suspicious activity, or breach of these Terms.

Account balances are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your 77taya account or any balance held within it to any other person. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of the balance.

All financial transactions on the 77taya platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. 77taya supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time and will be displayed in your account dashboard.

77taya does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside 77taya's control. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ₱200.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to verification requirements.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within three (3) minutes of approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take one (1) to two (2) business days after approval.
• 77taya reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals of amounts won using bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable promotion terms.

77taya implements anti-money laundering (AML) procedures in compliance with applicable Philippine law. Any transaction that 77taya reasonably suspects to be connected with money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity will be suspended pending investigation, and may be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

77taya offers various bonuses and promotional programs to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

• Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits will be specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• 77taya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• 77taya reserves the right to reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if it determines that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system.
• Bonus funds cannot be used to meet minimum deposit requirements for subsequent bonuses.

77taya monitors bonus usage and reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or exploiting any technical error or loophole in the platform.

All games available on the 77taya platform are governed by the rules of the respective game providers. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms. Game rules are accessible within each game interface.

All slot games, table games, and random number generator (RNG) based games on 77taya use certified RNG technology provided by licensed game suppliers. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studio environments. 77taya does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to do so within the certified game environments provided by its suppliers.

• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, the affected round may be declared void and stakes returned to the player.
• 77taya's decision on the outcome of any disputed game round is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described below.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before placing bets. 77taya is not liable for losses resulting from connection failures on the player's side.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.

If you believe a game outcome was incorrect, you may submit a formal dispute to 77taya's support team within seven (7) days of the disputed event. Disputes submitted after this period will not be considered. 77taya will investigate all disputes in good faith and respond within five (5) business days.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77taya platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or place bets.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargebacks, use of stolen payment methods, or identity fraud.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent account restrictions, claim multiple bonuses, or evade a self-exclusion.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the experience of other players or the operation of the platform.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 77taya platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the platform; modify or create derivative works based on platform content; use any data mining, scraping, or similar data gathering tools on the platform; or frame or mirror any part of the platform without 77taya's express written consent.

The 77taya name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of 77taya. You may not use these marks without prior written permission from 77taya.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 77taya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

77taya's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 77taya account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• 77taya is not liable for any loss resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
• 77taya is not liable for any loss resulting from internet connectivity issues on your side.
• 77taya is not liable for any loss resulting from force majeure events, including natural disasters, government actions, or third-party service failures.
• 77taya does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform and may perform maintenance at any time.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 77taya's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

77taya collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the 77taya Privacy Policy.

77taya processes your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of gaming services. Your data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and licensed service providers as required by law or as necessary to operate the platform.

Your continued use of the 77taya platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be submitted to 77taya's internal dispute resolution process. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Republic of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
